Hi, I’m Sarah. Twelve years ago, I was a high-performance athlete pushing my body to the absolute limit. I ignored minor joint twinges, pushed through fatigue, and treated exercise like a battleground. Eventually, my body had enough—I suffered a severe lower spinal disc herniation that left me in chronic, daily physical agony.
Traditional gym workouts and heavy weights were completely out of the question. Seeking a way to heal, I discovered classical Pilates. The intense focus on skeletal alignment, deep core stabilizers, and diaphragmatic breathing didn’t just rehabilitate my spine—it completely transformed how I moved, felt, and thought.
I went on to earn my Master’s in Kinesiology and dedicated my life to mastering clinical Pilates instruction. After years of running fully booked private studios, I realized that high-quality, personalized instruction was often too expensive and rigid for the busy mothers, professionals, and beginners who needed it most.
